What is fal rune worth

Runes are holding much higher value right now because of need for high end runewords and anything thats not GG sorc, pally, or merc has a really tough time selling for anything other than random PGems. PAmy still holds its value a bit more. Yeah, as I said, this is just a very rought picture for completely new players so they wont give Ber for shakos etc….

Ya, I think these rune value reflect a more mature game state. Runes are crazy expensive right now, because most people are now working on the high-end runeword gear. It will probably look more like this in a few months, as the supply of runes rises.

Still useful for judging the general value of the uniques relative to each other, though. In the early state of the game, everyone wants to make infinity, enigma and other stuff used by the two META PvM classes - lightning sorceress and hammer paladin. Same for tal armor and others. Meanwhile items useful for PvP have much lower demand at the start, so you may have trouble selling that CoA right now for a good price.

I would try it and wait few months if you wont find a buyer. Dont give it for cheap just because you wont find a buyer right now. There is a big difference between perfect and almost perfect, though. Even if its just one point of defense, which doesnt matter much gameplay-wise, it makes a giant difference in the price. This is true for every item.

I keep all runs except El, and Eld. I leave some others on the groung, but generally Nef and up I keep for crafting cubing up, etc. Aside from that, I make sure I always have at least 1 of every rune up to Lem, just in case I need them. I also sell some off regularly to keep the amount of rune mules down Merick Diabloii.

The cool thing is, If i'm out of Ral's and need one in a pinch i can just cube up 3 Tal's real quick. Same goes for Thuls, Amn's and Sol's. In a pinch, i already have the ingredients for them.
