It always rained around 8pm to 10pm or around 4pm if it rained, mornings from 7am to 3pm was always nice weather with near clear skies. In the afternoon there was always risk of rain or atleast more clouds. We were able to plan our days in such fashion we had great time in bali and the rainy season didn't bother us at all. Almost the opposite, there were no big tourist crowds and everything was cheaper than in high season.
Yes you're right Balirunner. We were in Bali from november 15th to december 1st so weather in the video is from that time period and it for sure wont be better in december only the same or worse.
