Should i stay at the mgm grand

They moved me to a room that was already occupied and I had to go back!! Then they offered a credit for food and I never got it!! Everyone was upset like the issues with the hotel were my fault lol that blew me away!! The hotel is in need of a upgrade because they over promise and way under deliver to the hotel guests.

Sad because at one time it was a beautiful place to stay! I stayed there in March and April of as well and had similar issues but the casino and floor staff are amazing so I keep hoping it will change! Oh and the room upgrade I paid for was not available and I never got any kind of refund. There to big a casino.

Sad as the customer built that place! Terrible room, way over priced. That part drives me insane. However I love everything else about the place.

Location is at the end of the strip, if I was to visit again I would choose another hotel nearer Bellagio or Planet Hollywood. Pool was amazing! Lazy river, pools and Jacuzzi. Loads of lovely bars and restaurants inside the hotel and good walk way to enter New York, New York hotel. Monorail to other hotels on the strip with a small cost also available. Check in however was very long, we queued for about 30 mins or even more to check in. Also as part of the booking, we had 2 buffet credits but weren't given at the time of check in.

We forgot to ask at check in but as the queues were always so long we didn't bother asking about the buffet during the stay. The bed is super comfy and the room is nice and spacious. The TV cable hardly works. We kept 'loosing' channels and when we tried to rent a movie, it just kept buffering on the first 15 seconds so the charge was taken off at check out.

The hotel itself is great, choice of restaurants, amazing pool and close to everything. On a different note, the grand buffet is awful. We did brunch and the choice of food wasn't great, most of it looked quite old too and if it's been warmed up. Probably the worst sushi I've ever had. Hotel is so large it loses its ability to treat customers w a personal touch. So many rules place for the hotel regulated by fines.

I also purchased through a go to two night hotel rooms day and it included a food and drink voucher that expired before the end of my stay. Everything was good and I paid in full to Agoda. My last time with agoda, first time problem but I am done. I asked agoda in a follow up email about this but never got a reply. Bet i get one now. The pools and lazy river were amazing. We had a strip view room and found it a bit noisy from traffic and airplanes flying over though.

Food choices were great. Overall great place to stay with lots around. The ABC store is close by too if you need any essentials. No prices on anything inside the shops but that's standard in Vegas. Comfortable and spacious rooms, good view of new York New York and Luxor from our room. Lots to do inside the casino. Big swimming complex. United States Hotels. Las Vegas NV Hotels. Meanwhile, socially distant outdoor fun awaits at MGM Grand's epic 6. If you're planning on sticking around, a cabana rental is definitely the way to go as you'll benefit from a long list of perks such as poolside Wi-Fi access, a television, refrigerator, a couch and chairs, a cooling ceiling fan, pool rafts, storage space and much more.

The award-winning Wet Republic Ultra Pool is another can't-miss stop for adults seeking an afternoon of sun, fun and plenty of good vibes. Any of that find its way into your suitcase? The rooms in Skylofts are designed to feel like actual residential apartments, so there is cool art black and white sculptures , and there are plenty of places to entertain.

Lots and lots of TVs and technology to control everything an "environment remote" lets you control the temperature, curtains and lights. It's the little extras, though, that you might appreciate the most, since these rooms really are pretty far away from regular hotel amenities or a Starbucks.

A private bar, espresso machine, different teas and snacks are all stocked in the rooms. These rooms are among the sleekest on the Strip.

Skylofts were the first to get televisions embedded in the mirrors, and you can watch TV from your cool, infinity-edged bathtub which also incorporates color therapy, in case you feel like turning the place into your private spa. And if you do, you'll be happy to find amazing Bulgari amenities, including various Bulgari tea-scented bath tea bags that you can toss in or your bath butler can. Maybe the most important topic of all: Wi-Fi.

The Wi-Fi is great and included in the room. For once, no resort fee! Room service: Worth it? Some of the restaurants in MGM Grand offer room service to Skylofts when I was there, it was Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak and Fiamma that delivered to the suites, although the Skylofts staff do tell you that they can make virtually anything happen.

So if you have the scratch and want to orchestrate an in-room dining experience with another restaurant, you might as well ask! The in-room dining menu at MGM Grand is also good, with options like burgers and pizza you build yourself, and a good variety of mostly American choices salmon, filet mignon, sandwiches.

If you decide to entertain in your loft, you can order from their catering menu. Staff: If you could award one a trophy, who gets it, and why?
