How much veggies on hcg diet




















So far so good and down 9 llbs. Im in s bit of a dilemma as I observe the holy month of Ramadan. Which means I fast from all liquids and food from sunrise til sunset. How can I incorporate my HCG diet.

Not quite as late, but like or 10pm. I still eat but on those nights because I think we still need the calories. But i eat egg whites and raw celery sticks or something along those lines.
