Managers look out for themselves before you. Some shady people in higher positions who only recieved promotions because of seniority.

Get to know people in your environment before trusting anyone. Pros Free movie screenings and holiday party. Was this review helpful? Report Share. Interned in various departments. Some were really inspiring and fun. One was not so great though mostly a reflection on temp TV people and not the employees who worked there full time. The employees who worked there full time are great but super busy so it's hard to establish great connections.

Pros lots of perks like free product or lunch, networking opportunities. Cons bosses who don't understand you're an intern. Really great place to work. I loved working at Warner Bros. Work life balance became a joke. There are some good people at the company, but upper management as a whole doesn't really care about individuals.

Pros Benefits - great K matching. Cons Poor work life balance, no lunch break if work is busy. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No. Management seemed concerned about the success of all departmental staff members.

Only problem experienced was with the union. Never understood its usefulness! Overall the working environment and experience is very positive and exciting I made many friends during my employment there that I continue to make contact with to this day. Pros Good work environment. Cons Horrible union. Would you rate your company five stars? Rate your employer to help people make better career decisions. I had a great experience at Warner Bros. Pay attention during your HR and hiring manager interviews to the vibe you get from the team.

Overall compensation and benefits were on-par with what I expected. Culture is pretty standard for the corporate side of an entertainment company, is getting more flexible with WFH. Pros Great experience for entry-level assistants.

Cons Constant reorgs, lower pay than other studios. I was a film grip, so being on set is a powerful energy all the time with motivated individuals. I think overall is good company but sometimes could be very stressful for the workloads because huge amount of the works.

It very depends your team and department some works could be easy and flexible. Overall the job environment made it a wonderful and positive experience with plenty of opportunities to find inspiration from the lot. Pros Environment, flexibility, holiday season events, atmosphere, etc. Cons Pay is low, little opportunities for advancement.

No negatives. Amazing company that everyone loves. Great reputation, hours, pay, people, benefits. Breaks are a plenty and fun is to be had! Can't recommend enough. Was there for 10 years and there was never a day that I did not love my job.

The incentives were great and so was the atmosphere. Management was always willing to help. Pros Great work environment. Cons Management wants to make changes does not know your job. It's a fun place to get a first time fire job to put on a resume, however there is no support from the Fire Chief, or management at WB in general.

The chief is so set on staying under budget so that he gets his end of year pay bonus that safety equipment as basic as gloves are sometimes hard to come by - and you'll run multiple medical aids a week. Because of the union membership, the company pays you the same rate as the security guards despite the fact that it only takes 40 hours and a hundred bucks to get your guard card, and to even APPLY for the firefighter position you have to have a hour fire academy in addition to a hour EMT school.

Turnouts have been expired for years and you won't get anything in NFPA requirements, equipment doesn't work, Chief doesn't care and complaints fall on deaf ears.

The personnel on the floor want to work hard, they want to make the department better, to see it recognized and respected as a professional department and they have no support or means to do so. Learn while you're there, have fun, but don't expect much of anything from anyone that isn't on the floor with you.

Pros Unique environment, fun coworkers, cool experiences. Cons Lack of pay, lack of benefits, lack of support, poor chief officer. Speaking directly about the gaming division - working here got progressively worse with each passing year. Clear mismanagement of the product portfolio by aimless and confused leadership compounded an already difficult environment where employees are undervalued and politics reign supreme. A ridiculous amount of drama between competing agendas, and lack of real leadership to drive any sort of innovation only highlight how bottom-line driven this company is with no regard to how to fairly treat employees.

Work life balance was great only because nobody cared because everything was such a mess. Gaming need to be innovative and without even a vague shadow of a long-term plan and accountability, it was impossible to plan and derive any satisfaction. Upward mobility was also abysmal and made it even more frustrating seeing incompetent leaders being hired in at high salaries, but also being told there were no resources for actual staff responsible for the work.

I truly fear for the future of this division as ATT does not seem to know what to do with games. The heyday of WB is long gone, and it was a magical time. Now it is run by the phone company and everything that entails.

A real snoozer. Pros Working on a classic studio lot. Yes There are 2 helpful reviews 2 No. When I worked there, WB was a highly creative environment where decisions were made, it was fun and exciting but I felt that job security was probably variable, as with any entertainment company, they make money today and lose money tomorrow, and there's no easy way to predict what people will love and embrace. I learned a lot, worked with smart people and leaving to downshift my life was something that I have regretted sometimes!

Great benefits, learning environment. We are fans of what we make and proud of what we do. Click on a location to learn more about that studio and apply for jobs. Mortal Kombat Harry Potter Wizards Unite. Game of Thrones Conquest. Injustice 2.

Mortal Kombat XL. Check out our internships at WB Games. It's a moment of genuine pride when I see the games I helped make in shops.
